Anthony is a professional musician and guitar tutor. He has been performing and teaching for over 10 years and his works range from performing, teaching to recording.

 

In 2015, Anthony and his band won the Champion of Hong Kong Asia Pacific Youth Band Sound Competition and he was awarded The Best Guitarist of the competition. In 2022, He was awarded second place in Hero Guitar Competition organised by Parsons Music. His recording works include

《修羅場》 by Alfred Hui, 《遊子身上衣》by Anson Poon, etc.

 

About Teaching:

From 2022 onwards, Anthony is invited by Shaw College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong to design and instruct a guitar and song writing course for the students. The course is held regularly and receives highly positive feedbacks from students.

 

He has profound knowledge of different music genres, e.g. Jazz, Blues, Funk, Pop, etc. The teaching content is based on the student's level, goals, and interests. Students also have great flexibility to customize the learning topics, songs and pace.
